Sigh. Where to begin? I purchased and installed Norton Ghost, after playing a bit with freeware that wasn't flexible enough, only to find out that Ghost won't clone to an external drive. So that's nice. Not wishing to let the money go to waste, I tried to use it to back up the system to an empty logical drive on the system. It puked with an error that will require some Google time < 5 minutes into the process.
